ARKRAY, Inc. (herein ’ARKRAY’) initially released the G Sensor to expand its sensor product line for self monitoring of blood glucose (or BGM) used in the patient measurement of their own blood glucose values. In addition to the current bottle version, ARKRAY is now releasing a aluminum pack version of the sensor for improved ease-of-opening, ease-of-use and to correspond to the needs of both patients and medical professionals.
ARKRAY will continue to develop products that are easy-to-use for patients and medical professionals, work towards improved QOL for patients and support diabetes care and education in medical facilities.
•Easy-to-open
An easy-to-open format allows even patients with weakness in the hands to open the pack.
•Portable and useful
Compact aluminum packs take up very little space, and allows you to take just the number of sensors you need with you.
•A long shelf life
Each sensor is protected with dessicant in each aluminum pack making it resistant to moisture.
This means you can use each sensor any time up until its own shelf life expires.
*Sensors in bottle packs have a shelf life of 3 months from time of opening.
