Launch of the "ARKRAY 4U" support program
for startup companies in the healthcare industry

On November 1st, 2021, ARKRAY Inc. (Headquarters: Kamigyo-ku, Kyoto, hereinafter referred to as, ARKRAY) launched a corporate venture capital business (CVC) called "ARKRAY 4U (ARKRAY FOR YOU)" through an affiliate corporation in Singapore (ARKRAY&PARTNERS PTE LTD) with the goal of supporting start-up companies. With an investment framework of JPY10 billion, ARKRAY 4U provides healthcare and healthcare-related start-ups in the Japan / Asia region (including India and Israel) with extensive support for the growth of innovative businesses and technologies.

CVC business objective

The speed of technological innovation is accelerating in the medical industry with the introduction of new testing methods and improved convenience using AI and digitization. However, many start-up companies seeking to develop innovative technologies and services must select and concentrate management resources for various reasons. ARKRAY 4U uses global business assets* to support the rapid growth of start-up companies and to accelerate the social implementation of better products and services.
